Aircon was noisy, its like motorcycle running Not enough utensils inside the room., pots and pans are old. Utensils needs upgrade and cleaning needed to up to standard considering how much they charge per day.

High over Manila
We stayed in this hotel two times: for 3 days on the way to Palawan island and for 1 night on the way back home. Nothing to complain about – hotel delivers everything which was promised up to tiniest things. Our rooms were on 26th and 42nd floors with magnificent view of Manila. Small kitchenette, other facilities, Wi-Fi etc. were perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful except one shift. Check-in and check-out took practically no time, manager on duty in the morning of our departure called taxi with flat price 218 PHP to take us to airport. Taxi arrived in 5 minutes and we left promising to come back in a week.
Our second stay was very short – only one night and this time staff actions were just awful. We arrived sometime around 6:30 p.m. Check-in took more than 35 minutes, manager was checking and rechecking status of our room, than she started checking price, saying something was not included. I asked her to call taxi for tomorrow morning because we have to left early to catch our flight at 8:45 a.m. She said they would call taxi in the morning. We were short on local cash and I didn't want to change more USD so I also asked her to change my deposit banknote 1000 PHP for smaller denomination bills so there would be no problems with change paying taxi. When we came down in the morning there was another manager on duty. I asked him to call taxi with meter while we were waiting for our room to be checked. No reaction. Finally, I received my deposit (deposit banknote was not changed), manager took one of our bags and we went outside to wait for taxi which might cruise near-by. As an option he suggested to call taxi with flat price 600 PHP. I had enough of this bull-shit, went to the street corner, flag a taxi and we left for airport for 200 PHP. All this was greatly disappointing and spoiled a little bit overall great impression of ZEN Rooms hotel.

we have stayed here 2 times now and will go back. the water pressure is good plenty of hot water staff is friendly. the only thing we had a problem with is elevators seem to take forever to make it to the ground floor. and undulate up and down with acccess

fast wifi with cable and in-room modem very clean 37th floor nice view of the ocean and city good water pressure (lots of hot water) comfy bed
i thought we had free breakfast but we were unable to prove it
